I haven’t received reward for inviting a friend
Please check if all the program requirements are met:
- Your friend visited moneyveo.ua using the link you sent in SMS and/or email-invitation;
- Your friend received a loan in Moneyveo and it was his/her first loan provided by our service;
- You received an email notification confirming you can get your bonus funds;
- You opened section “Invite a Friend”, found your positive account balance, clicked the button “Receive” and approved money transfer to your bank card;
- You made sure that your bank card is verified by Moneyveo system (more details in section “Cards” of your Personal Cabinet);
- Three banking days for payment processing have passed.
The reward will not be transferred if you and a friend you invited used the same IP-address, device (smartphone, PC, tablet) or Wi-Fi for participating in program.
If all the mentioned requirements are met, but you haven’t received reward to your card, please contact us by provided contact details - we will be glad to assist.
