HOW TO APPLY FOR A LOAN

1. Choose Loan Amount and Term

Visit Moneyveo's homepage.
Use the calculator tool to select the desired loan amount (from 500,000 VND to 25,000,000 VND) and loan term (from 10 to 30 days).
If you have a promo code, enter it to receive a discount.
Click the "Register" button."

2. Loan Application

Enter personal information such as your phone number. Then click "Submit."
Enter additional information such as the number of dependents, education level, ID/passport number, date of issue, place of issue, etc. as required by the form. Record a video to verify your identity and take photos of both sides of your ID/passport. Click "Continue."
Enter your contact information such as house number, street, ward, district, city, province, etc. as required by the form.
Enter financial information such as occupation, monthly income, and additional contact information. Click "Continue."
Enter your bank account or e-wallet information. Click "Continue."
Complete the registration.

3. Loan Confirmation

Enter the 4-digit verification code sent via missed call. Click "Continue."
Wait about 2 minutes for the system to process your information. You will receive a notification about whether your loan has been approved or rejected. Click "Continue" to return to the homepage or proceed to the next step.
Review your loan again. If you do not need to increase your loan limit, click "Continue."
Wait about 30 seconds for the system to generate an automatic contract. Enter the 4-digit verification code sent via missed call to agree to the loan terms. Click "Submit/Sign."
The money will be transferred to your bank account within 5 minutes.

HOW TO REPAY THE LOAN?

1: Payment via banking app

Open your banking app.
Select the fund transfer function.
Enter payment information:
- Bank: OCB
- Account number: Check on the payment screen .
- Amount: Check on the payment screen.
Confirm and pay.

Method 2: Payment via QR code

Open your banking app.
Select the QR code scan function.
Scan the QR code displayed on the payment screen.
Double-check the auto-filled information.
Confirm and pay."
Return to the loan account page. After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation notification.

How to Use Veoshopping Service?

Welcome to Veoshopping - your easy way to afford more! This service guarantees a 50% WRITE OFF on Moneyveo’s Service fees as defined in the Service Contract if your loan on Moneyveo’s website is used for shopping on Lazada/Shopee. Follow these simple steps to make your purchases fast and smooth:

1. Take a Loan

New Customers: Register and take your first loan if this is your first time with Moneyveo. Only after successful repayment of your first loan, you will be able to use Veoshopping. Because Veoshopping service available only for our repetitive clients (with 1 and more closed loans).
Existing Customers: Service available only for our repetitive clients (with 1 and more closed loans).

2. Use Veoshopping

After Receiving Your Loan: Stay on the confirmation page and press the "Use Veoshopping" button to proceed.

Missed the Confirmation Page? No worries! You can activate Veoshopping for any active loan at any time, except for the last 5 days of loan term. Just visit "My Loans" page and find the Veoshopping button.

3. Activate Veoshopping

Click "Go to Lazada"/"Go to Shopee": This will open Lazada’s / Shopee’s website in a new tab or in the Lazada/Shopee mobile app.

Important: You must use this specific link to make your purchase. Purchases made without using "Go to Lazada"/"Go to Shoppe" button will not be eligible for Veoshopping.

4. Confirm Your Order No.

Receive Confirmation Email from Lazada: Check your email for a purchase confirmation from Lazada/Shopee .

Send confirmation to Veoshopping: Forward this confirmation email to [email protected] or send a screenshot of the email to Zalo Veoshopping at 0986472717.

5. Complete Your Veoshopping Application

Return to Moneyveo: Go back to the Moneyveo service tab in your browser.

Confirmation: Check the box confirming you sent the confirmation letter.

Order number: Copy the order number from the confirmation email, paste it into the “Order number” field.

Finalize: Press the “Next” button to complete your application.

6. Finalize and Track Your Application

Processing Time: Your application will be processed within 48 hours.

Track Status: Monitor the status of your request in the “My Loans” section.

Updates: You will receive email updates regarding your application status.
