HOW TO RECEIVE A LOAN?

1. Loan amount and loan period

Choose amount and period of a loan with a calculator and click “Receive loan“. If you have used our service before, you can apply for a loan by logging into your Personal Account. The available amount will be gradually increased by each repeated loan. The maximum available loan amount via moneyveo is 10 000 000 VND.

2. Application process

After clicking the "Get a loan" button, a questionnaire will open, which must be filled out. The user needs to indicate some social information, as well as the data of the passport (old or new), bank card TIN and the method of obtaining a loan: online to the card or in cash at the "Nova Poshta" branch. The decision on the application is made by an automated system within a few minutes.

3. ID card verification

The system verifies your personal data automatically by collecting the information from external recourses.

4. Receiving the money

A few minutes after the card has been verified and the application is processed, you will be sent a notification with the decision on the loan in SMS and by email. If the application has been approved, you must carefully read the loan agreement (in your Personal Account or by clicking on the link in your email). The money will be transferred to the card or transferred through "Nova Poshta" only if you agree to the terms of the agreement.

As a rule, funds are credited to the client's account instantly. In some cases, the money can be transferred later - it depends on the regulations of the bank in which the card was opened.

HOW TO REPAY THE LOAN?

1. Online

Online – Fast loan repayment on the virtual account

Use internet/mobile banking app to login

Pay to the following bank account information:

Beneficiary bank: WOORIBANK

Beneficiary account number: please check the sms or e-mail sent to you

Pay off the loan and get a Payment Receipt

2. Offline

Banks branches. In Baokim retail stores or partners’ bank offices (Vietcombank, Vietin Bank, DONGA Bank, VIB, MB, TECHCOM Bank, BIDV, ACB, MSB, SeaBank, VPBank etc.):

How to Use Veoshopping Service Beta*?

Welcome to Veoshopping - your easy way to afford more! This service guarantees a 50% WRITE OFF on Moneyveo’s Service fees as defined in the Service Contract if your loan on Moneyveo’s website is used for shopping on Lazada. Follow these simple steps to make your purchases fast and smooth:

1. Take a Loan

New Customers: Register and take your first loan if this is your first time with Moneyveo. Only after successful repayment of your first loan, you will be able to use Veoshopping. Because Veoshopping service available only for our repetitive clients (with 1 and more closed loans).
Existing Customers: Service available only for our repetitive clients (with 1 and more closed loans).

2. Use Veoshopping

After Receiving Your Loan: Stay on the confirmation page and press the "Use Veoshopping" button to proceed.

Missed the Confirmation Page? No worries! You can activate Veoshopping for any active loan at any time, except for the last 5 days of loan term. Just visit "My Loans" page and find the Veoshopping button.

3. Activate Veoshopping

Click "Go to Lazada": This will open Lazada’s website in a new tab or in the Lazada mobile app.

Important: You must use this specific link to make your purchase. Purchases made without using "Go to Lazada" button will not be eligible for Veoshopping.

4. Confirm Your Order No.

Receive Confirmation Email from Lazada: Check your email for a purchase confirmation from Lazada.

Send Confirmation to Veoshopping: Forward this email to [email protected].

Order No: Copy your Order No. from the confirmation letter, you will need it on the next step.

5. Complete Your Veoshopping Application

Return to Moneyveo: Go back to the Moneyveo service tab in your browser.

Confirmation: Check the box confirming you sent the confirmation letter.

Order No: Enter the Order No. in the specified field.

Finalize: Press the “Next” button to complete your application.

6. Finalize and Track Your Application

Processing Time: Your application will be processed within 48 hours.

Track Status: Monitor the status of your request in the “My Loans” section.

Updates: You will receive email updates regarding your application status.
