WARNING OF IMPERSONATING MONEYVEO EMPLOYEES TO DEFRAUD CUSTOMER ASSETS

Dear beloved customers,

Recently, we have received  many feedbacks from customers that some fraudulent are using Moneyveo name, requesting customers to make payments to personal accounts in order to commit theft and fraud. 

By this email, please notice that:

The loan contractpayment account start with 3 charactersMON, followed by a random sequence number which is unique to each contract. 

The official recipient name is OCB MNV, and payments are only accepted through OCB bank accounts. Please be aware that accounts from other banks are not authorized.

The payment account can be verified in your loan contract, on the website Moneyveo.vn, and through Moneyveo’s official communication channels. 

Please don’t make any paymentsto any personal accounts, don’t access to any unknow links, don’t ask anyone else to make payment on your loan.

Please pay attention to the above information to prevent fraudulent.
