ANNOUNCEMENT OF MELY CHRISTMAS PROMOTION PROGRAM - RECEIVE GIFTS AS YOU WANT

1. Form of promotion

The promotion program "Merry Christmas - Receive Wishful Gifts" is organized by Moneyveo Vietnam.

The program includes 2 forms of promotion:

• Weekly prize giving: Customers who borrow 8 million VND or more will participate in the weekly prize winning program, with a total prize value of up to 10 million VND.
• Awarding prizes at the end of the month: Customers who borrow 10 million VND or more will have the opportunity to receive valuable prizes, including 1 first prize worth 5 million VND and 3 second prizes worth 2 million VND.

2. Promotion period

Promotion program applies from December 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023.

3. Subjects enjoying incentives

Promotion program applies to all old customers when borrowing money at website Moneyveo.vn.

4. Number of prizes

• Weekly prize giving: 5 prizes/week, total 20 prizes/month, total prize value 10 million VND.
• Awarded at the end of the month: 1 first prize worth 5 million each and 3 second prizes worth 2 million each, total prize value is 11 million.
• And thousands of discount codes of 15%, 20%, 25% every week.

5. How to participate in the program

To participate in the program, customers need to meet the following conditions:

• Borrow at Moneyveo from 8 million VND or more (for weekly awarding) or from 10 million VND or more (for month-end awarding).
• Register to participate in the program before December 31, 2023.
• The prize will be announced on Moneyveo's media channels and emailed to each individual winner.

6. Note

• Customers can participate in the program multiple times, but can only receive 1 prize/promotion.
• Prizes are not convertible to cash.
• Moneyveo reserves the right to change the promotion rules without prior notice.
