Why was the application rejected?

The appraisal department will not say why the application was denied, but under Moneyveo's regulations, we may not be able to lend you if:

• You are not a Vietnamese citizen between the ages of 18-60
• You have not repaid previous loans
• The personal information you entered into the Moneyveo system is incorrect
• You do not have a bank account, or a bank account does not match your loan information.
